This study presents an experimental campaign carried out on the shake table at the University of Minho to investigate the out-of-plane response of U-shaped masonry structures. Two ground motion records with different characteristics were selected to evaluate how varying seismic inputs influence structural behavior. The specimen was built from dry-stacked granite blocks to replicate typical historical construction. The dry joints allowed the walls to be dismantled and rebuilt after each test, ensuring consistent repeatability even at large displacements.
