Following the research conducted in WP1 of the S4H project, we extend an invitation for your participation in the special session entitled “GROUND-MOTION SIMULATION, VALIDATION, AND DISSEMINATION FOR ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS” during the 7ICEES conference. Dr Shaghayegh Karimzadeh, who is a member of the 7ICEES organising committee, along with Prof Aysegul Askan from Middle East Technical University, Assist Prof Mayssa Dabaghi from the American University of Beirut, and Dr Brad Aagaard, Dr Alan Yong, and Dr Sean Ahdi from USGS, are co-conveners of this special session.
The Conference, which marks the 7th edition of the International Conference on Earthquake Engineering and Seismology, will be jointly held with the 18th World Conference on Seismic Isolation, Energy Dissipation, and Active Vibration Control of Structures (18WCSI). The event is scheduled to take place from 6th to 10th November 2023 at Xanadu Resort Convention Centre, Belek, Antalya, Türkiye.
